Landscape Installer & Field Operations Assistant
Winter Park / Orlando, FL | Part-Time | $23–$25/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
About the Opportunity
A growing Central Florida landscape design-build company is seeking a dependable, experienced, hands-on individual to join our small installation team.
Our projects focus on detailed residential landscape installations, planting, sod, site improvements, and specialty landscape work. We value quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, initiative, and a practical understanding of how landscape projects come together.
This is a varied position combining hands-on landscape installation, material procurement logistics, transportation, and independent field assignments.
Some days you'll work alongside the crew completing an installation from start to finish. Other days you may handle nursery pickups, material deliveries, equipment hauling, smaller installations, or project touch-ups independently.
We're particularly interested in someone who enjoys the landscape industry and would like to grow into a more substantial field operations role as the company expands.

Transport and work alongside fellow crew members between suppliers and jobsites.
Complete smaller installations, plant replacements, and punch-list work independently when appropriate.
Communicate project progress, material needs, and unexpected field conditions.

Valid driver's license and demonstrated trailer-towing experience.
Willingness to transport another crew member during work assignments.
Practical experience in landscape installation, nursery operations, horticulture, construction, or a related trade preferred.

Comfortable performing hands-on outdoor work, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
Dependable, organized, communicative, and capable of working independently or with a crew.
Flexible weekday availability.

Compensation & Growth
$23–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus reimbursement for authorized business mileage.
