We are a newly formed outdoor living company combining an established Palm Beach County landscaping company with a long-standing, respected retail nursery and garden center.

This new entity is built on real infrastructure, an existing customer base, and strong operational history. We are now expanding our installation division and looking for a strong field leader to help drive that growth.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can handle projects from first meeting through final walkthrough.

This role combines sales, estimating, and field oversight. You’ll meet with homeowners, design and quote projects, close work, and manage installations to ensure quality and profitability.

You’ll have administrative support for scheduling, invoicing, and collections — allowing you to focus on selling and execution.

Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Sales

• Meet homeowners on-site
• Assess property layout, drainage, lighting, and planting opportunities
• Design small-to-mid-size landscape enhancements
• Prepare clear, professional proposals
• Present and close projects
• Track jobs against estimated gross margin

Project Oversight

• Coordinate installation crews
• Provide clear written scopes and material lists
• Monitor labor efficiency and material usage
• Prevent job overruns and callbacks
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Operational Support

• Contribute to production planning
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Support division growth as we scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in landscape installation or project management
• Strong knowledge of Florida plant material
• Experience estimating projects and understanding gross margin
• Comfortable meeting directly with homeowners
• Organized and able to manage multiple active jobs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Company vehicle provided
• Commission: 5% of gross profit on projects sold and managed

High performers can realistically earn $80,000–$100,000+ depending on production and margin performance.
