Wildflower Management Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Lawn Care & Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain two professionally well-managed, attractive manufactured housing communities located in Fort Meade, FL (20 acres) and Sebring, FL (10 acres). 

This full-time, year-round role is responsible for maintaining approximately 30 total acres of property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both properties independently while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Mow approximately 30 acres across two communities on a consistent schedule 
  • Edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbing 
  • Weed-eat around homes, fences, signage, and common areas 
  • Blow off sidewalks, roads, and common spaces after mowing 
  • Maintain clean, well-presented common areas and entrances 
  • Monitor grounds for irrigation leaks, safety issues, or property concerns 
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance (fueling, oil checks, blade changes, cleaning) 
  • Safely transport equipment between properties as needed 
  • Work independently and manage time efficiently to complete both properties weekly 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care or landscaping experience required 
  • Experience maintaining large properties preferred
  • Proficient operating commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently 
Compensation & Benefits 

Competitive compensation at $19-$20/hr & benefits
