Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-end lawn maintenance clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and timely response to inquiries
Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of properties and identify any maintenance, irrigation, or pest management needs or concerns
Proactively address potential maintenance issues and inform upper management and ownership of said issues.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate maintenance, irrigation, or pest management services
Actively seek opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner
Communicate with clients to proactively address any immediate concerns.
Conduct an in-depth review of key client sites along with the irrigation and pest management departments, focusing on any areas that require attention or improvement.
Prepare and send weekly updates or reports to clients, summarizing the work completed and any upcoming tasks.
Schedule regular client meetings or check-ins to review service quality and discuss any additional needs.
Plan and propose additional services or landscape enhancements to clients.
Prepare and present a monthly report to management, detailing account performance, and any potential issues.
Qualifications
Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices and products
Proven experience in landscape management, account management or a related field, preferably in residential landscaping.
Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, including horticulture, plant care, irrigation, and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with landscape design software or CRM systems, specifically LMN, is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
Familiarity with golf course or sports turf a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
