Nursery Experience Required

If so, our wholesale plant nursery is looking to hire you!

We offer base salary plus an attractive commission structure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Handle all aspects of customer inquiries through calls and e-mails
• Make outgoing sales calls, quote and take orders for customer projects
• Manage existing customer orders and make changes when necessary
• Research & resolve customer inquiries/complaints
• Travel to and prepare trade shows, customer visits as required
• Take visiting clients on tours of the facilities
• Willing to work overtime when necessary during busy times of year.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Understanding of the nursery industry with plant knowledge is required, specifically wholesale.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player
• Customer service experience is a must
• Problem solving skills; Sales and people skills; Computer skills

Credentials and Experience:

• Minimum two years of customer service or one year of sales experience in the nursery industry

Languages:

Bilingual: English/Spanish

Special Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested

Base Salary plus Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
